English Sparkling - Brut

Traditional Method English Sparkling wine made on-site at our winery in Kent.

Made with Pinot Noir grapes and patiently aged on the lees for at least two years.  The result is a classic, crisp, dry, sparkling wine, which delivers plenty of complexity with layers of citrus, apple and white peach.  

A perfect aperitif or celebratory wine.

English Sparking Cider - Brut

This delicate cider is a sophisticated balance of crisp apple and dry white wine flavours.

Made using the traditional wine-making method of second fermentation.

Serve chilled, in a stemmed glass, as a delicious alternative to traditional celebratory drinks.

English Sparkling Rose - Brut

Using the traditional method of second fermentation, our sparkling wine is made with Pinot Noir grapes and patiently aged on the lees for at least two years.

This sparkling rosé has a vibrant deep pink colour, with red berry flavours and a clean dry finish.

A perfect aperitif or celebratory wine.
