English Sparkling - Brut
Traditional Method English Sparkling wine made on-site at our winery in Kent.
Made with Pinot Noir grapes and patiently aged on the lees for at least two years. The result is a classic, crisp, dry, sparkling wine, which delivers plenty of complexity with layers of citrus, apple and white peach.
A perfect aperitif or celebratory wine.
English Sparkling Rose - Brut
Using the traditional method of second fermentation, our sparkling wine is made with Pinot Noir grapes and patiently aged on the lees for at least two years.
This sparkling rosé has a vibrant deep pink colour, with red berry flavours and a clean dry finish.
